Compliance with New York Cottage Food Laws
This business is registered and adheres to the regulations set forth by the New York Department of Agriculture and Markets for cottage food operations. We operate under the cottage food law, which allows the sale of non-potentially hazardous foods made in a home kitchen. All products are prepared and stored in accordance with state and local health codes.

Ordering, Pick-Up, and Cancellation Policies
Pick-Up Only
All orders are pick-up only from one of the following locations:

202 Thompson Street – Pick-up times coordinated directly with Emma.

RiseBoro Farmers Market (Sundays only, starting May 18).

Pick-up times must be scheduled in advance. You will receive a confirmation email or message from Emma to coordinate your pick-up time once your order is placed.

Delivery & Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping or delivery. All items must be picked up in person at one of the designated locations.

Storage & Freshness
Our baked goods are made to order, with no preservatives, and are best enjoyed within 2–3 days. To keep them at their freshest:

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

For a longer shelf life, you may refrigerate or freeze the products (storage instructions provided with your order).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order up to 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled pick-up time, as ingredients and labor are committed.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, no returns or refunds will be accepted once items are picked up.
